Our yoga classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities – it is never too late to start! Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well being. Regular yoga practice can be beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain, depression and stress.
